The rates indicated above are for evening events. Rental begins as early as 11am and must end by 12 midnight. Please contact Shem Creek Events for information regarding daytime events. We ask that you plan your party times to allow your caterers and service personnel ample time for clean up. The doors will be locked promptly at midnight every evening.
The rental fee includes the use of our catering kitchen as well as the porches.
